In Person | Your Postpartum: The First Two Weeks – Tuesdays

This one-session class is recommended for first-time parents and highly encouraged to experienced parents that are new to birth center care. It is designed to provide specific education regarding the early care of yourself and your newborn from the time you leave Willow until your Home Visit and through the first two weeks.

We will review newborn care, normal newborn behavior, and expected physical and emotional changes in the early postpartum period.
