Yoga
Pre and postnatal yoga classes are available at Willow AZ Midwife Center, check our calendar for dates and times. Classes will be offered by Nikki Brewer of Ha Yoga Tempe. Nikki has been teaching yoga for five years, and we are honored to have her offer classes via Zoom.
The first thing Nikki learned about yoga is that it is a connection of mind, body, and spirit. What she learned in 20 years of being a mother to three sons is motherhood is a connection of mind, body and spirit. She brings the experience of a labor and birth instructor and doula into her yoga classes. She believes in encouraging moms to embrace their pregnancy and her classes help pregnant moms to find a better understanding of the sensations of labor: strength and endurance, sinking and surrendering. Her postnatal classes help build your community as a mama. Strong women empower one another. These classes help transition into the ebb and flow of being a new mother.
New Moms Support Group
