Hi mamas. My name is Nikki Brewer. I am the owner of Ha Yoga in Tempe. I offer Hatha yoga and specialize in pre- and postnatal yoga classes. My classes are offered at the Willow Loft and my studio, which is located at 1940 E. University Drive in Tempe.
My love for pre and postnatal women began 20 years ago with the birth of my first son. During my first pregnancy, I became a student midwife and doula and have been attending births ever since. I began teaching yoga in 2009 and opened Ha in 2011. My passions included educating mamas and their families and mothering the mother.

In my personal experience, the journey into mamahood brought many unexpected changes. I felt somewhat alone in my new experience. My mission at Ha Yoga and Willow Birth center is to hold space for women to come as they are. A space for women to feel comfortable trying new classes. A space for women to branch out and meet women who are also pregnant or have new babies. A space to learn and grow.
As we dive into the journey of mamahood, it is important to stay connected! To get out and talk, learn, teach, and help other mamas. One thing I hear often in pre and postnatal classes is…”As soon as I think I have it figured out, it changes!”. My response is, your situation is never permanent. It’s what you make of it.
